Spaniels are one of the most popular dog breeds in the world. The Lithuanian Spaniel Owners Club was founded on April 25, 1992, in Kaunas, Lithuania. It is one of the oldest dog kennel clubs in Lithuania, uniting 8FCI group spaniel breeders, owners and fans.
